at any time for $50. Just write, call or send an e-mail to the address shown below -- be sure to specify the languages
that you will be using (English, Spanish, Norwegian or Danish). If you have
conducted research with the CalCAP, just send me a
copy of the published article or abstract, and I'll send you an upgrade for
free!
Distribution is by internet download only. Acceptable payment includes checks made payable to Eric N. Miller, Ph.D. and drawn on a U.S. bank, or online payment using using Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. I’ll send you a link for making online payment after verifying that you are a registered owner of the CalCAP.
